Welcome to Sardis Forest!
From our tree-lined streets to the wildlife that makes Sardis Forest unique, there's plenty to appreciate about our corner of Charlotte and Matthews.
Whether you've called Sardis Forest home for years or are just getting settled in, we're glad you're here! This is your place to stay in the know, find helpful HOA resources, and keep up with what's happening around the neighborhood.
Sardis Forest is an established residential community spanning the Charlotte and Matthews area of North Carolina, with 171 homes and a natural setting that gives the neighborhood its distinctive character.
The Sardis Forest Homeowners Association (HOA) oversees association business, maintains community standards in accordance with our governing documents, and provides a framework for keeping residents informed and addressing neighborhood matters.
Our goal is to support a well-maintained community and provide homeowners with accessible information about HOA operations, decisions, and resources.
